The first phrase -A bowl of beefnoodles

After enjoying the tasty noodles, you could have your afternoon rest at any standard level hotel either nearby Xiguan or Xi zhan. Both places referred here is passed by the subway which could save you from traffic and beneath attractions you must see later.
The second phrase comes with two Itineraries—A river-The Yellow River
If you are staying in Xizhan, you could start with Gansu Provincial Museum.
Gansu Provincial Museum is one of the best museums in the western region and well-worth a visit. The Gansu Provincial Museum features fossils of the Hezheng paleontological group. There are many precious cultural relics and exhibits in the museum, such as the Yangshao culture of the head shaped mouth color pottery pot (solitary), which is a national treasure. The pottery POTS of Xindan culture are painted with ethnic characteristics (lizard lines). There are gourd-shaped painted pottery, common in Taoism and folk beliefs, one homophonic "Fu Lu", the other is to represent the two weeks of eight diagrams, each other.
There is also the "broken limb burial", the unique burial form of the mid-mountain type of Majiayao culture. The burial form is to bury a person for 10 years after death, and then dig up the coffin grave 10 years later, bend the bones of the buried person again, and place them in the shape of a fetus in the mother, and bury them again. It is the burial method that will be adopted for people with great respect.
One of the treasures of the town hall of Gansu Provincial Museum is composed of stone letters, copper caskets, silver coffins, gold coffins and glass relic bottles. The size sets are placed together, and the outermost layer is a stone letter. There is also the famous copper galloping horse, which is the symbol of China's tourist cities, and in recent years, experts have found that the "bird" is not the swallow, but should be a bird of the falcon family.
In addition, there are many precious cultural relics in the museum, such as the Yongle gilt Bodhisattva sitting statue and the multi-way triangular pattern colorful ceramic pot.

After that, head to Zhong Shan Bridge in the afternoon.Here comes the second key phrase-a river-The Yellow River.
Lanzhou is the only city through the Yellow River, the Yellow River Bridge (Zhongshan Bridge) as the first bridge of the Yellow River, the predecessor was built in the Ming Hongwu 5 years (AD 1372), known as the Zhenyuan Bridge. Built in 1907 by the American Man Baoben and the German Dero, three of the bridge columns are left over from the Ming Dynasty, and the rest are new. In 2007, the Germans reminded the Chinese that the bridge had reached its 100th year of service and should pay attention to safety issues. Wuquanshan Park is located at the north foot of Gaolan Mountain in the south of Lanzhou City. It is a tourist resort with a history of more than two thousand years.
The garden has beautiful scenery and winding paths. After it was opened as a park in 1955, the original pavilions have been renovated, and after planting and construction, it has become an important tourist attraction in Lanzhou.
Wuquan Mountain is more than 1600 meters above sea level and covers an area of 260,000 square meters. It is named for its hui, Mandew, guzuo, touch Zi and Mengwu eye five springs. High peak for the ancient building group, temple building according to the mountain, corridor and pavilion connected, scattered. Entering the mountain gate along the middle channel straight up, the temple is stacked, the pavilions scattered, very spectacular. Middle peak on both sides of the east and west dragon mouth, the valley in the spring, such as cover, porch pavilion surround. More than 240 levels, 97 surplus corridor circling up, connecting East Longkou with the middle peak. The zoo on the west side of Xilongkou has deer Park, bear pond, liger house, monkey Hill, bird park, panda house and so on.
The "copper connecting Buddha" and "Taihe Iron Bell" of Wuquan Mountain are the "treasure of town mountain" of the park, and are now national protected cultural relics.
Wuquan Mountain could be divided into west, middle and east all three roads to visit and the three roads have pavilions, long stack Hongqiao, Qingquan waterfall, but the layout is different, in its own system. It is near the Mandew Spring. "Manlu Spring" is the highest spring in the five springs, located in the west of Wenchang Palace, solitary pavilion cover, the source of slender, long rain does not lust, dry dry, drink like manlu. After the Manlu spring, you will reach the Wenchang Palace. On the east side of the palace, there is a wall of flowers, and on the lintels of the vases, there are three pale grey official characters - Guquan. The spring differs from other springs.
