Dunhuang three days tour: a magical journey of the soul

Day1:

The first stop, at the Mogao Grottoes, immersing in the charm of the millennium culture. The frescoes and sculptures in the grottoes are amazing, as if they are there in dialogue with history through time and space.

In the afternoon, go to the Crescent Spring of the Singing Sand Mountain, to ride a camel, and enjoy the magnificent scenery of the desert in the sunset.

Travel tip: Desert areas have strong ultraviolet rays, remember to take sunscreen measures.

 Travel essentials: high-strength sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses.

Day2:

In the morning, I set out for Yumenguan and imagined the prosperity of Jingge Iron Horse and Silk Road.

Then visit the Yadan Geopark, a magical landscape created by the magic of nature.

In the evening, don't forget to go to Dunhuang Night Market to taste a variety of specialty foods to satisfy your taste buds.

Travel tip: If you are on a long trip, prepare some snacks and water to replenish your energy .

Day3:

Today, I went to Dunhuang Grand Theater to watch "A Thousand Hands and a Thousand Eyes". The wonderful performance made Dunhuang culture shine on the stage and drew a perfect end to this trip.

Staying &Accommodation in Dunhuang: 

There are many hotels in Dunhuang that are quite expensive during the peak season. The whole Dunhuang is very small, where to live is very convenient to take a taxi, but near the night market, eating and drinking is very convenient.

Transport in Dunhuang:

Renting fee from 5 RMB, to the Mogao Grottoes, and singing sand Mountain are both cheap.

Dunhuang Food:

The characteristic apricot skin water, braised cake, fried egg with shallot, beef Patty, baked bun, all could try . There are such as plum apricot (seasonal fruit), that also tasts delicious! Local fruits like watermelon and cantaloupe are cheap and tasty.
